Stallion Equity is a privately owned, vertically integrated real estate investment and operating company headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina.
We acquire, improve, own and operate residential real estate. Our capabilities span acquisitions, construction, brokerage, property management, capital strategy and technology, giving us direct control over the decisions that create value.
We do not simply invest in properties. We remain accountable for what happens after the acquisition.
Built through ownership and operating experience
Stallion Equity began by acquiring and operating residential properties in Charleston. As the portfolio grew, construction, maintenance, leasing and property operations were brought closer to the ownership team, creating faster feedback, clearer accountability and better visibility into each asset.
That operating experience later informed the creation of Stallion Realty and Stallion ONE. Stallion Realty provides licensed brokerage support where appropriately licensed. Stallion ONE translates Stallion’s investment criteria, underwriting discipline and operating knowledge into an AI-powered real estate investment platform.
Today, Stallion Equity connects ownership, operations, brokerage and technology around one objective: stronger long-term asset performance.

Portfolio grew from 2 to 24 residential units.

Portfolio reached 96 residential units.

2024
Portfolio reached 204 residential units as operating systems continued to mature.
