Stallion Equity’s journey in Private Equity began with humble beginnings in the wholesaling business. Quickly transitioning to several fix and flip deals in key Florida markets. Today, Stallion operates predominantly in South Carolina key MSA markets.
Stallion excels in identifying value-add type residential properties, acting swiftly to purchase, reposition and enhance both immediate and long-term value return. Since acquiring its first duplex in Charleston SC in January of 2022, Stallion has experienced tremendous growth.
Stallion Equity Management now owns over 300 residential units and 15,000 sqft of retail, with a total valuation $60 million.

Chief Executive Officer
Glenn serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Stallion Equity Management LLC, focusing on the acquisition, repositioning, and effective management of the company’s extensive real estate portfolio and projects.
With a career spanning back to 2001, Glenn has established himself as a successful entrepreneur within the real estate industry. He spearheads Stallion’s entire spectrum of activities, from identifying lucrative opportunities and conducting thorough analyses to executing acquisitions and overseeing day-to-day management. Glenn also implements strategic marketing initiatives, crucial in securing capital for property ventures.
By adopting a comprehensive and holistic strategy towards real estate, Glenn has made Stallion Equity into a flexible organization adept at navigating every stage of a real estate transaction. From acquisition and procurement to construction, cash flow maximization, and or asset disposition, Stallion stands out as a unique player.
