Stallion Equity’s journey in Private Equity began with humble beginnings in the wholesaling business. Quickly transitioning to several fix and flip deals in key Florida markets. Today, Stallion operates predominantly in South Carolina key MSA markets.
Stallion excels in identifying value-add type residential properties, acting swiftly to purchase, reposition and enhance both immediate and long-term value return. Since acquiring its first duplex in Charleston SC in January of 2022, Stallion has experienced tremendous growth.
Stallion Equity Management now owns over 300 residential units and 15,000 sqft of retail, with a total valuation $60 million.

Glenn Barlow
Chief Executive Officer
Glenn serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Stallion Equity Management LLC, leading the company’s strategic direction, acquisitions, and the full operational performance of its expanding real estate portfolio.
Since beginning his real estate career in 2001, Glenn has established himself as a highly effective entrepreneur known for identifying strong opportunities and executing complex value-add strategies. He oversees every stage of Stallion’s operations—from sourcing and underwriting new acquisitions to guiding major renovations, optimizing property performance, and managing day-to-day execution across the portfolio.
Under Glenn’s leadership, Stallion has grown into a fully vertically integrated real estate platform, with in-house divisions covering acquisitions, construction, property management, design, and asset operations. This integrated structure allows Stallion to control the entire lifecycle of each asset, ensuring efficiency, quality, and speed from acquisition through stabilization and long-term management.
Through a combination of disciplined analysis, hands-on execution, and a commitment to operational excellence, Glenn has positioned Stallion as a fast-growing, resilient, and forward-thinking real estate organization—consistently building value and strengthening its portfolio year after year.
