ABOUT STALLION EQUITY

Stallion Equity acquires and manages real estate portfolios and properties with a focus on short term value-add and long-term value creation. Stallion acts as both a buyer and partner with select accredited investors on a preferred return basis. Our team handles all aspects of a transaction from acquisition and repositioning of the asset, right through to permanent refinancing or disposition.

TRACK RECORD

Stallion Equity started from humble beginnings in the wholesaling business, moved quickly to several fix and flip deals in key Florida markets, and now operates predominantly in the South Carolina key MSA markets. The company excelled at identifying specific value-add type residential properties and moving fast to purchase, reposition and increase immediate and long-term value. Since purchasing its first duplex in Charleston in January of 2022, the company has grown at a ferocious pace to now own over 240 apartment units valued at over $45 million.
